Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service We provide on our site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

We are not responsible for the content of such third party websites linked to our site. By providing any links to third party websites, We do not endorse or recommend any products or services offered or information contained therein, nor are We liable for any failure of products or services offered or advertised on those third party websites. Such third party may have a privacy policy different from the privacy police on our site and the third party website may provide less security than our site.

Job Seekers pay no fee for this service
Recruitment Agencies pay no fee for registering and inclusion in general directory. Once registered recruitment agencies can sign up to additional services, the cost of these services is set forth on the membership page in the login area of Gotorecruitment.co.uk.

PROMOTION

If you request membership to one our divisions through a promotion, please be advised it is at the discretion of Gotorecruitment.co.uk if this is approved and that this is not held under the 12 month subscription agreement. Gotorecruitment.co.uk reserves the right to cancel this promotion at anytime. You will be notified of any cancellation by email, but this is not mandatory.

PAYMENTS

All payments are made online, through a secure third party provider, prior to receiving the subscription service.

CANCELLATION

All paid subscriptions can be cancelled within 7 days of obtaining the service to be entitled to a refund, after this point you can still request cancellation of service however there is no refund entitlement

REFUNDS

All subscriptions not cancelled within 7 days of having been made, may be cancelled by you at any time but no refund will be made for unused subscription periods.

SUBMISSIONS

All information submitted to our site shall be deemed and remain our property, however this does not apply to CVs and Job Specs submitted by recruitment agencies which will remain the property of the recruitment agency but these submissions must still comply with our content standards.

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

Any material you upload to our site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary, and We have the right to use, copy, distribute and disclose to third parties any such material for any purpose. We will not be responsible, or liable to any third party, for the content or accuracy of any materials posted by you or any other user of our site. We have the right to remove any material or posting you make on our site, if, in our opinion, such material does not comply with our content standards. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as limiting or reducing our responsibilities and obligations in respect of our Privacy Policy.

Whenever you make use of a feature that allows you to upload material to our site, or to make contact with other users of our site, you must comply with our content standards. You warrant that any such contribution does comply with those standards, and you indemnify us for any breach of that warranty.

Each branch of a recruitment agency must register separately and not share login information with other branches. You may print off one copy, and may download extras, of any page from our site for your personal reference and use, and you may draw the attention of others to material posted on our site. You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.

You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, Trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the service on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connects to our site. You must not attack our site in a denial-of-service attack. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities, and we will cooperate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our site will cease immediately. We also reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to immediately revoke your account and/or assess a £50 daily fee for scraping jobs, copying copyrighted text, or otherwise misusing or misappropriating site content, including but not limited to, use on a "mirrored", competitive, or third party site.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our site or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.

VALID EMAIL ADDRESS

You must supply and maintain a valid email address in order to use our service. Invalid email addresses will be deleted from our system and denied access.

You can at any time choose not to receive e-mails by choosing the unsubscribe option within the body of the email.

These Terms of Use are governed by English law. The English courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our site.

All trademarks and registered trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Employers and their representatives who submit content to Gotorecruitment.co.uk or any of its affiliated sites, agree to grant Network People and its affiliates a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicenseable, non-exclusive right (including any moral rights) and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, communicate to the public, perform and display the content (in whole or in part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, for the full term of any rights that may exist in such content. Employers and their representatives also grant to Network People and its affiliates the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicenseable, non-exclusive right (including any moral rights) and license to use, reproduce, communicate to the public and display the name and trademark of their organisation and status as a contributor of content to the Network People. Employers and their representatives warrant and represent that they have the authority to enter into this license agreement and that they are the holder of any rights, including moral rights in such content and trademarks, and that they have completely and effectively waived all such rights and validly and irrevocably granted to Network People the license stated above. Subject to the foregoing, the owner of such content and trademarks submitted to Gotorecruitment.co.uk retains any and all rights that may exist in such content and trademarks.
