In 2004 Eyears was initially set up to provide childcare jobs in Birmingham, but very quickly this service was expanded into education where nursery jobs in Birmingham, primary school jobs and teaching assistant jobs in Birmingham also became part of the service. It was clear Schools, as well as Nurseries, required a better deal than what they were getting from their current suppliers. The latest piece of the jigsaw sees Eyears open their second office in Bristol to help with the recruitment issues in the South West.
