Marc has a Consultancy and Managerial background working within large blue chip companies such as Esso Petroleum, BP, Harvey Nichols, Liberty, Pernod Ricard, Honda, Suzuki and many more. His duties were arranging staffing solutions and logistics ensuring the client obtained the best on time delivery solutions nationwide. His key area was implementing new contracts to businesses from project management stage going operational with extremely good success stories.
Ashley has a managerial background covering all aspects of recruitment. A very motivated personality producing the best results in all areas of industry for both the client and individual. He has always been enthusiastic about helping business work more efficiently in team building, motivating employees and producing systems for training programmes. Ashley explains “helping people to grow within their work gives me the greatest satisfaction and keeps me motivated too”.
Both Marc Harding and Ashley Farebrother formed “Driving Logistics Recruitment” in 1990. Driving Logistics specialist division specialises in supplying fully qualified Permanent and Temporary drivers to the Transport industry.
