Argent Recruitment was founded by Tony Metcalfe MEng MREC CertRP in 2007 after many years working for some of the largest employment agencies in the UK. As a Member of the Recruitment and Employers Confederation and holder of the Certificate of Recruitment Practice, he is qualified to manage the entire recruitment process, advise on employment legislation and is required to act, at all times, in accordance with industry best practice. Tony has lived in the Burnham-on-Sea and Highbridge area for most of his life and aims to use both this local knowledge and his professional skills to enable Argent Recruitment to work in partnership with local employers and become an increasingly valuable resource for the entire community. As he has a Masters degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering and gained the majority of his recruitment experience within the construction consultancy field Argent Consultants have a head start in terms of both long-term contacts and industry knowledge.
